マーボー豆腐を作った！
レトルトの素とか使わないで、豆板醤とか調味料から作るのは初めてだけどめちゃめちゃおいしくできた。
これも全部レシピと材料のおかげｗ
なんか自分で最初にしょうが、にんにく、豆板醤、ねぎを炒めるんだけど、香りがとてもいい！！
しかも、豆板醤はもちろん味噌とか酒とか鶏がらスープとかたくさん調味料つかうんだ。
もし留学行っても作りたいなあ。
today, i made Mapo Tofu without using the retort pouch of Mapo Tofu.
this was very very delicious.
this is because of the good recipe and nice ingredient!
i know the smell of spice.
If i study abroad, i will cook this Mapo tofu.
about my daily life, my favorite music and movies and so on.

I made Mapo tofu because I got the recipe!!
I didn't take the TOEFL and will take this TOEFL on July.
I will study abroad summer of the next year and I wanna go to California.
